The Company shares its customers' personal information, including individual names, company and department names and contact details, with its group companies for the purpose of introducing products and services of the Company and its group companies, providing various information, and facilitating marketing activities.
With respect to the shared personal information, the Company will accept requests for disclosure and other claims and complaints from customers. The Company shall be entitled to disclose and correct the shared information and to suspend the use of such information, and shall be responsible for the management of such information, including security control.
