“Internal Control System and Roles”

Board of Directors
Decides matters stipulated by law and the Articles of Incorporation and other important management matters and oversees the status of execution of business activities.
Management Committee
Consists of Directors and Executive Officers, etc., and discusses matters determined by the Board of Directors and other important matters relating to the management policy and strategies.
Executive Officers
The executive officer system has been introduced to clarify the separation between the Board of Directors’ decision-making and supervisory functions regarding management and the business execution function.
By delegating the business execution function to Executive Officers, this enables prompt responses to changes in the management environment.
Divisions
Adopts a divisional system for prompt and appropriate execution of business, clearly defining the authority and responsibility for the respective tasks by the Organizational Regulations.
