Risk experience
A “Hazard Experience Corner” has been set up within the company where employees can actually experience various hazards such as electric shock, entrapment, and cuts.
Danger Prediction （KY）Activities
In order to ensure the implementation of danger prediction activities, we train KY (Kiken Yochi, danger prediction) trainers at each of our factories and promote KY implementation education for all on-site supervisors.

Near-miss Reporting Activity
We share “near-miss” experiences company-wide to call attention, and implement countermeasures for equipment.
