This activity was launched with the desire to achieve the following purposes:

Activity details

Employees propose what they want to do (Seeds), and those who agree with the proposal get together to form a team and take on the challenge of realizing the Seeds.

Using Renofa Yamaguchi FC to promote the region and foster pride in the hometown of Yamaguchi

・Soccer matches

Local children's soccer teams gather for a hotly contested, closely-fought tournament.

・RENOFA Yamaguchi home town day event

All proceeds from such events are donated to the Regional Development Department of Kudamatsu City, with the message: “Please utilize the proceeds to promote sports and initiatives that bring smiles to children's faces.”

Bellmark (Charity symbol) collection and donation activities

We collect Bell Marks from our employees and donate them to local schools in order to help children receive an education in an enriched environment.

Interaction and community beautification activities through greening

We are working to provide a place of rest and relaxation through the creation of flowerbeds

Activities to deepen knowledge of the agricultural sector through agricultural experience

We enjoy distributing the vegetables we produce during company events and cooking them ourselves.

Activity to build an Othello robot that plays against people

The Othello board and stone positions are searched from the camera image, and the system is designed to operate automatically.

Polo shirts and hats were introduced to add to the existing repertoire of work uniforms in consideration of heat protection and design.
