Health Management
Health and productivity management refers to strategic practices to maintain and enhance employee health from a management perspective.
We was recognized under the 2025 Certified Health and Productivity Management Organization Recognition Program (Medium-sized enterprises category)-White 500, jointly hosted by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry and Nippon Kenko Kaigi (Japan Health Council) .

Mental Health Care for Employees

We conduct “Health Management and Mental Health” workshops by public health nurses.

We have introduced a “Mentor-Mentee System” under which senior employees provide support and consultation on work-related problems for new employees.
Support for quitting smoking
Smoking is prohibited in all buildings and smoking hours are restricted in outdoor smoking areas as a measure against passive smoking in business premises.
In addition, May 31 of every year is World No Smoking Day, and we have implemented a no-smoking policy on our business premises for the entire day.
Provision of specific health guidance
We have a protectionist and nutritionist support our employees over 40 years old who are at risk of lifestyle-related diseases by interviewing them to help them improve their lifestyles to prevent lifestyle-related diseases.
